Metadata

Grimoire

Generate titles and 50 keywords per image for Adobe Stock and Shutterstock — automatically, in bulk, ready to upload.

What It Does

Metadata is what makes your images discoverable. Without a strong title and the right keywords, even your best images won't be found by buyers. Grimoire reads each image visually using Gemini Vision and writes stock-platform-ready metadata — a descriptive title and exactly 50 relevant keywords — automatically.

How to Use It

Drop your images into Grimoire — one or a hundred at a time. It processes them in sequence, analyzing each image and generating:

· A title under 120 characters, descriptive and search-friendly

· Exactly 50 keywords, ordered by relevance

A live progress bar shows which image is being processed. When the batch is done, export as a single CSV file.

Export Formats

Grimoire exports in six platform-specific CSV formats. Select which ones you want before exporting — Grimoire generates a separate file for each:

· Adobe Stock — with category field

· Shutterstock — with category, editorial, and mature content flags

· Canva — title and keywords

· Freepik — title and keywords

· MiriCanvas — title, description, and keywords

· Vecteezy — title and keywords

Each file is named and formatted to match the platform's batch import tool — open it and upload directly, no reformatting needed.

Validation

Before you can export, Grimoire validates every row automatically. Title too long? Flagged. Fewer than 50 keywords? Flagged. Formatting issues? Flagged. You'll see which images need attention before the CSV is generated, so you never upload broken metadata to a platform.

Getting the Most Out of It

Grimoire gives you a strong, accurate baseline — but a final pass lifts quality further. After exporting, open the CSV and review for:

· Keywords that are too generic ("image", "photo", "background") — remove them

· Niche-specific terms your buyers actually use — add them manually

· Title phrasing — make sure it reads naturally, not like a list of keywords

A 5-minute review of a 100-image batch is all it takes to significantly improve your search ranking.
