XIX-VOID ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled when you use the XIX-VOID desktop application or visit xixlabs.net.

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the licensing system. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

License Activation

When you activate a license, we collect your device's Hardware ID (HWID) — a unique identifier generated from your hardware components. This is used solely to enforce the per-device license limit and to prevent unauthorized sharing of license keys. No other device information is collected.

Purchase Data

Payments are processed by Mayar.id (IDR) and Gumroad (USD), our payment providers. We receive a transaction record that includes your name, email address, and order details. We do not store your payment card or bank account details — these are handled entirely by Mayar.id and Gumroad under their respective privacy policies.

Website Usage

The xixlabs.net website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services. No personal data is collected through the website itself.

We use collected data for the following purposes only:

· HWID — to validate your license and enforce the device activation limit

· Email address — to deliver your license key after purchase and to send important service notifications (e.g. license expiry reminders)

· Transaction records — to process refunds, resolve disputes, and maintain financial records as required by law

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the service.

XIX-VOID integrates with third-party AI providers (Google Vertex AI, Gemini, Bria AI, Groq, OpenRouter) to deliver its features. When you use these integrations, your prompts, images, and API requests are sent to those providers under their respective terms of service and privacy policies. XIX-VOID does not store or log the content of these requests.

Payment processing is handled by Mayar.id (for IDR purchases) and Gumroad (for USD purchases). Please review their respective privacy policies for details on how purchase data is handled.

License and activation records are retained for the duration of your subscription or lifetime license. If you request deletion of your account and data, we will remove your records within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

Transaction records may be retained for up to 5 years for tax and accounting compliance under Indonesian law.

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27 Tahun 2022), you have the right to:

· Access the personal data we hold about you

· Correct inaccurate data

· Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

· Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

XIX-VOID is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of XIX-VOID after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
