Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, or using XIX-VOID, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

These terms apply to the XIX-VOID desktop application, the licensing system at license.xixlabs.net, and the website at xixlabs.net.

Subject to these terms, XIX-VOID grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use XIX-VOID on the number of devices permitted by your plan:

Monthly Subscription — 1 active device at a time. License is valid for the current billing period.

Lifetime License — 1 active device. Permanent access with no recurring fees.

You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lend, or otherwise transfer your license or license key to any other person or entity.

Permitted

· Use XIX-VOID for personal or commercial stock media production

· Generate, edit, and process content using the integrated AI modules

· Export and sell content created with XIX-VOID on stock platforms

Prohibited

· Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software

· Redistributing or reselling the software or license keys

· Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or disable the license verification system

· Using XIX-VOID to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party terms of service

· Sharing API keys for third-party services in violation of those providers' terms

XIX-VOID integrates with third-party AI providers including Google Vertex AI, Bria AI, Gemini, Groq, and OpenRouter. These integrations require you to obtain your own API keys from each provider.

You are solely responsible for:

· Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys for any third-party service you use within XIX-VOID

· All costs, fees, and charges incurred through your use of third-party APIs

· Compliance with each provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies

XIX-VOID is not responsible for service interruptions, rate limit changes, pricing changes, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

Payments are processed by Mayar.id (IDR) or Gumroad (USD) depending on which currency you select at checkout. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms of service of the respective payment provider.

Monthly Subscription

Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through Mayar.id or Gumroad depending on where you purchased. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused days.

Lifetime License

A one-time payment grants permanent access to XIX-VOID and all future updates for the duration of the software's availability. No recurring charges apply.

We offer a refund within 7 days of purchase if XIX-VOID does not function as described and the issue cannot be resolved through support.

Refunds are not available if:

· More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date

· The software has been used to generate content for commercial sale

· The issue is caused by a third-party API provider, your hardware, or your operating system configuration

To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp within the refund window with your order details and the platform (Mayar.id or Gumroad) through which you purchased.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain and update XIX-VOID. However, we do not guarantee that the software will be available indefinitely or that all features will remain operational if third-party providers change or discontinue their APIs.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of XIX-VOID at any time. If we discontinue the software entirely, lifetime license holders will receive advance notice.

XIX-VOID and all its components — code, design, branding, and documentation — are the intellectual property of XIX-VOID and its creators. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

Content you generate using XIX-VOID (images, videos, metadata) is yours. You are responsible for ensuring that generated content complies with the terms of any stock platform you upload to, including their policies on AI-generated content.

XIX-VOID is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of XIX-VOID, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or rejection of content by stock platforms.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of XIX-VOID after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active license holders of material changes via email where possible.
